Okay, okay - so there is a TON of information out there when it comes to sleep training, whether it's on the internet or a FB mom group. Maybe you've tried what other moms have suggested or different methods for a night or two. Have you tried keeping your little one up later - or maybe dropped a nap (yikes - that probably made them more tired!)?
Here's why it probably didn't work...
It takes consistency and confidence. When we are exhausted at the end of the day, all we want to do is sleep. We are more likely to cave or revert back to our old ways, nurse our babies back to sleep, or try a new method every other night if we aren't seeing instant results -instead of sticking to the plan and working through the process.
The internet has general information but doesn't account for your specific goals or needs when it comes to sleep. Completing my intake form, helps me see into your current situation so that I can figure out the BEST way to help YOU!
I've worked with families who have "tried it all" or purchased other sleep plans before working with me who ended up seeing results after 3-4 days!
The purpose of this call is to really get to know each other and see if we're a good fit in working together. I want to learn more about YOU and your current sleep situation and goals to talk about all the ways I can help you re-find sleep again!

This is the good stuff! I will lay out exactly what to do to get your child sleeping through the night - or taking good naps! The sleep plan will follow and is completely tailored to your needs, based on the info provided in the intake.
I will send you the sleep plan so that you have a chance to review and ask questions. When you receive it, we will schedule another call to go over the plan and pick a start date. I want you feeling 100% confident going into it!
While you're following the step by step plan, you will have TWO weeks of support from me. This is a chance for you to ask me questions or if you're feeling discouraged, I can help hold you accountable. Have a great night? I want to know about it! I want to be there with you celebrating those wins! The sleep plan is a starting point, but through one on one support we can pivot or tweak as needed.
